The antennas of the AS4 HD SKEW series can confidently be called technology carriers of ALDEN. The fully automatic satellite systems come with a lifetime warranty on the very fast rotating units and stand for unconditional high-end quality. The systems are delivered ex works with the ALDEN SKEWmatic. Thanks to Auto-SKEW and GPS, this system optimizes the range and ensures perfect reception at the edges of the footprints.

Design language
The lightweight antennas of the AS4 HD SKEW series impress with their modern design language, which picks up on current trends in motor home and caravan construction. The screened offset mirror also contributes to the elegant appearance of the systems. Its perforated surface is responsible for an inconspicuous appearance that can almost be overlooked and a unique wind load reduction.

SKEWmatic
All AS4 HD antennas are factory equipped with the new ALDEN SKEWmatic system. Thanks to Auto-SKEW and GPS, it optimizes the range and ensures perfect reception at the edges of the footprints. As SKEWmatic TWIN version also optionally suitable for independent use of two TV sets.

S.S.C. HD control module

Perfected for decades
ALDEN has developed the now legendary S.S.C. HD control module for operating the SAT-TV combination into a unique product through years of progressive research. Among other things, it is known for its ability to quickly find the desired satellite. Apart from that, its exclusive electronics make it perfect for operating high-definition TVs. The module is receiver-independent and easy and convenient to use. Updates can be carried out by the user. In TV mode (e.g. SAT + LED TV 18.5") it convinces with a very low power consumption of just 17 watts (standby: 0.4 watts) and is also equipped with a power switch (0 watts). Alignment of the antenna is fully automatic, as is retraction when the vehicle is started.

Equipment features
To adjust the operating parameters, a practical display joins the module's control buttons. Apart from that, it is possible to align the antenna in combination with an ALDEN TV. The search process is carried out in the S.S.C. HD control module using the modern HD method. The module was developed for mobile 12V vehicle electrical systems and can tolerate fluctuations of 10-17 volts. A total of four menu languages are available: English, French, German and Dutch. A USB-based update system facilitates updates of the operating software and transponders.

ULTRAWIDE TV

Huge viewing angle
Ultra-slim TV in 16:9 format, which attracts attention with low power consumption and a huge viewing angle (178 H / 178 V). It has pixel class 0 and offers full HD resolution (22" / 24"). Among other things, the devices of the ULTRAWIDE LED TV series are equipped with DVD player, USB port, integrated triple tuner and convenient power switch. The set is available in three screen sizes: 18.5" (47cm), 22" (55cm) and 24" (60cm).

Brilliant picture quality
The ULTRAWIDE series offers a very wide viewing angle (178 H / 178 V). This results in brilliant picture quality and excellent depth of field, regardless of the mounting location within the motorhome. The integrated triple tuner (DVB-S2 HD, DVB-T2 HD and DVB-C) has a wide range of applications and receives digital standard and HD television programs in the highest quality.

Connection options and power requirements
The new development impresses with integrated DVD and USB players. HDMI, Cinch, RGB, Scart, audio out and headphone connections are also part of the equipment. Also on a CI+ (Common interface) for the receipt of coded transmitters as well as on videotex and electronic program guides (EPG) does not have to be renounced. All common satellites are already pre-programmed. With a record-breaking low power consumption of about 16 watts and the power switch (0 watts), nothing stands in the way of a long TV evening with the best picture quality.
