Delivery Date – When will my order arrive?
Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. After handing the package over to the shipping provider, we unfortunately have no further control over the exact delivery timing. Because of this, we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates after dispatch.
Which shipping providers do you use?
We partner with DHL, DPD, Austrian Post, and various freight forwarding companies.
Will my order still arrive?
Yes!
All orders are recorded in our system and are processed by our shipping department after receipt of the order.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn't yet been processed by our logistics team, you're still able to update the delivery address, shipping method, or even change the items or quantities. Just give our customer service team a call.
Can I name an alternative product?
Yes! If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable due to production or supply delays, you have the following options:
- Wait for the item to become available
- Modify your order (e.g. choose an alternative product)
- Cancel the unavailable item
Is it possible that my goods are not available?
Although we are in an excellent position with regard to the availability of goods, it is quite possible that products are out of stock for a short time due to high demand, or that some products are completely sold out. In addition, the effects of short-time work at some manufacturers in the industry are still being clearly felt, which is why delivery dates may be postponed several times. We will inform you about this with the corresponding cover letter.
Returns & Refunds
We do everything to make returns as comfortable as possible for you and enclose a free return label with every order. After receipt of the goods, we usually refund your payment within 7 working days or carry out your exchange.
Why was only part of my order delivered?
There are a few possible reasons:
- Some items are temporarily out of stock and will be shipped later at no extra cost
- Some items are shipped from different warehouses or have different delivery times
- Some items are backordered
- Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer
In any case, your full order is being tracked, and nothing will be lost. If anything becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you right away.
