Application tips
If possible, store Dometic ice boxes in a cool environment and out of direct sunlight for several hours before use. When filling with beverages or food, we recommend pre-chilling them. Standard cold packs or ice cubes are suitable, as is coolant. Air will impair the cooling performance and shorten the cooling time. Therefore, avoid unnecessary opening and load the boxes as full as possible.

Dometic Cool-Ice coolers are ideal in all cases where no power supply is available. They keep your ice frozen for days - even up to ten days depending on the model and conditions. The thick foam insulation and labyrinth seal design ensure that the ice stays frozen longer. The rotationally molded design means there are no seams for heat to penetrate or cold to escape!
