The BK1 air-conditioning adapter is a simple way to retrofit roof-mounted air-conditioning systems in panel vans and motorhomes.

But this year the heat will not be a problem: Simply replace the Midi Heki with an air conditioner! Ready, cool sleep is announced. So that the air conditioner fits into the opening of the Midi Heki, the roof adapter was developed, which can be installed in any van or caravan. The thermally insulated GRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) adapter is easy and quick to install.

The air conditioning adapter reduces the roof cutout from 700x500mm to 400x400mm, so that standard roof air conditioners can be installed.

BK1 for retrofitting an air conditioning system in panel vans, this consists of a top and bottom plate made of GRP, these are braced with four screws to each other. The space in between is filled by a foam insert. This serves as insulation and also dampens the driving noise. The air conditioning adapter is also suitable for the installation of roof ventilators, which have the same installation dimension.
