The Metz moover is ideal for covering short distances in the city quickly and safely. Just push it twice and the electric motor can be switched on by hand pedal - and the kilometres melt away in the wind. Electric micro-mobility requires little space and conserves resources. Legal framework

• The Metz moover is an e-scooter / electric scooter / e-kick scooter, which is assigned to the category light moped up to 20 km/h by special approval.

• Until the entry into force of the eKFV (Elektro Kleinstfahrzeuge Verordnung)

• The moover will then automatically turn on an eKF

Who may drive

• Prerequisite to driver:

  • Minimum 15 years old

  • Mofa test certificate

  • Insurance cover necessary (at least liability insurance) 35,70 EUR / year

• No helmet obligation (but recommended)

• Germany: General operating permit with special approval from the Federal Motor Transport Authority for roads and cycle paths*

* From 15 years of age, with insurance sticker for sticking on (from 35,70 € per season) and moped test certificate
