The OSRAM LEDriving Lightbar VX1000-CB SM has been tested in our DIN-certified environmental simulation laboratory for extreme external influences in terms of water, dust, impact, heat, cold and continuous vibration and validated with IP protection class IP67. The integrated thermal management system regulates the temperature of the LED headlight and can prevent damage from overheating. Polarity protection inhibits incorrect polarity reversal during power supply, and thus can avert possible damage, due to the automatic shutdown of the LEDs.
