Product description
The specially developed grill hood with safety glass insert transforms the LotusGrill into a true all-rounder. The thermometer integrated in the knob allows the temperature reached to be read off easily at any time. The sight glass insert can be used in two positions and in the raised position it offers additional exhaust air through the ventilation slots which are thus opened. The ideal heat regulation is provided by the infinitely variable temperature regulator directly on the LotusGrill.
The resulting oven can be used for roasting, cooking, baking, braising, low temperature cooking or simply for keeping warm. The grill hood is easy to handle and easy to clean after use. The sight glass insert can be easily removed for cleaning. All parts are dishwasher safe.
