You need this kit if you want to connect the 6 mm beaded edge of your awning to the narrower 4 mm channel of your wind protection awning. This Vango drive away awning kit with 4mm to 6mm makes it easy to attach and detach your awning to your motorhome if you are going away for the day and want to leave your awning freestanding. Simply slide the aft sections onto the awning tunnel, insert the keder strip into the C-channel awning rail or unwind the C-channel of the awning. Then slide one edge of the keder strip tube into the figure of eight and the other edge simultaneously into the C-profile rail attached to your awning. To remove from the drive-away awning, simply undo the front straps and slide out the double-sided Kador strip.
