Cobra ParkMaster from Vodafone Automotive. The combination of rear-view camera and ultrasonic parking aid is the ideal support for maneuvering with cars, vans or mobile homes. While camera images have to be interpreted, the continuous tone of the parking aid signals a clear "stop". This is particularly helpful when space is tight at all corners. Of course, it is important to be able to rely on this clear signal. The international standard ISO 17386 is a valuable aid in product selection. Like the Cobra ParkMaster, only a few retrofit parking aids meet this standard, which specifies that smaller and round obstacles must also be detected. The automatic self-test with diagnostic function provides additional safety.
The ParkMaster AMF294C monitors the area in front of your vehicle that you cannot see. Four flat ultrasonic sensors that integrate inconspicuously into the bumper reliably detect even easily overlooked obstacles such as boundary stones, bollards or posts and warn you with an acoustic signal before a collision occurs. Automatic activation and deactivation when the ignition is switched on and via reverse gear, manual activation via a switch.
