VOTRONIC tank gauges are designed for accurate level measurement in emergency vehicles. An indicator system consists of a tank sensor for measurement on the tank and a remote display unit. When using the standard voltage signal 0...10 V, several indicators can also be operated at the tank sensor.
All components are of very robust construction, waterproof encapsulated, designed for 12 V and 24 V on-board voltage and completely vibration resistant. They are processor-controlled and continuously run safety checks internally.
The VOTRONIC Tank Sensor FW is designed for level measurement of water and water containing media in the metal and plastic tanks of fire fighting vehicles. The sensor is mounted outside on top of the tank or close to it. Only the flexible measuring probe has to be hooked into the tank itself.
Linear according to the filling level the sensor delivers stepless standard signals (voltage signal 0...10 Volt or current signal 4...20 mA) for the connection of the most different display and evaluation devices, e.g. VOTRONIC LED Tank Display HE, pointer instruments or foreign devices like board computer etc.. The sensor can operate a total of up to 4 pieces of LED Tank Display HE 010.
