Kenwood DRV-A301W Full HD dashcam with G-sensor plus GPS and Wifi

The DRV-A301 full HD dashcam features a color display, ultra-sharp wide-angle lens, HDR mode, GPS and G-sensor, and can also be controlled via a smartphone app thanks to WIFI. The dashcam delivers excellent recordings in all lighting situations, which will also stand up as evidence in court if the worst comes to the worst. And thanks to the practical Click & Go mount, the compact camera can be removed and taken along at any time.

Wireless Link with APP control
Those who want to conveniently operate the dashcam via their smartphone and view videos on a larger display can access the dashcam via WiFi. The integrated WLAN module establishes a wireless connection to Apple or Android smartphones, on which the free KENWOOD DASH CAM MANAGER - app must be installed. The app also enables a live view of the camera image, making it particularly convenient to precisely align the dashcam. A clear settings menu also provides access to important camera functions.

Parking mode
By using the optional CA-DR1030 connection cable for fixed installation, the dashcam is enhanced with the parking lot mode. The dashcam's integrated G-sensor then triggers a recording backup in the event of a parking bump. Thanks to the video recording, it is then possible to find out how the incident occurred.

Incorporated G-sensor
In the event of an accident, the DRV-A301W's 3-axis G-sensor detects both impact force and direction of collision, and automatically stores video before and after the event, protecting it from being overwritten.

Kenwood Video Player
The free "Kenwood Video Player" software is used to analyze the recorded videos. In addition to the video itself, it also displays a map of where the video was taken, a G-force history, and a speed indicator.

Click & Go mount
The Click & Go cradle is equipped with reinforced magnetic power connectors, ensuring that it can be attached and taken along in no time at all. The magnets on the cradle and dashcam are attracted to each other, creating a quick connection so you can start driving right away

Data protection mode for occasion-related, short-term recording of traffic events
By activating the data protection mode*, the dashcam only records short-term video sequences that are permanently deleted again. Only occasion-related recordings caused by the 3G sensor are stored for longer periods. This function is available from firmware version V6.3.
