How to use the smoker box?
Put the wood chips in the water for a week before you want to use the smoker box. Usually it is written on the package how long this has to be done. Let the chips drain well, too wet wood chips will steam instead of smoke. Put the drained wood chips into the smoking box and place the box directly on the grill grate. Now you can close the lid and start smoking!
