The Maryland 5 Air tent is a spacious 5-person air tent with 2 sleeping cabins and Outwell Nightlight System. It is quick to pitch thanks to the Rigid Air System and offers plenty of space with excellent ventilation. Perfect for families and camping adventures.

Please note that UV (ultraviolet) rays will damage your tent if it is exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time. Outtex® fabric has a much longer lifespan than normal nylon tent fabric. Outwell products are designed for camping use, typically 2-5 weeks per year. They are not intended for permanent use and should only be used as camping products. Camping near the sea or lake can increase the effect of UV radiation. This also applies to poles and metal parts.

The water column provides information about the material tightness. To determine the millimetre value, 10 cm of fabric is stretched under a measuring cylinder and the cylinder is filled with water from above. The limit value at which water droplets press through the material is the maximum water column. In Germany, a tent outer material is considered waterproof from 1500 mm.
