With the Thermacell PS-LL2 lantern, Thermacell offers a device that provides effective mosquito control and LED lighting at the same time, but can also be used separately. Thermacell technology provides an effective protection area of about 20 square meters, keeping away up to 98% mosquitoes and similar blood-sucking insects. The LED lantern with 3 LEDs provides atmospheric lighting (3 batteries type AAA required, not included). Mosquito control uses active ingredient platelets heated by a mini-butane gas grill with piezo ignition (no open flame), which releases a repellent that mimics nature. The lantern is easy to use and safe to operate. Because the repellents are virtually odorless, Thermacell is the ideal alternative to lotions and sprays applied to the skin. An initial supply of consumables (butane gas cartridge and 3 active ingredient plates) for 12 hours of use is included.
