Omnia Rezept - Dinkel-Bierbrot

Vorbereitung: 15 min, Ruhezeit: 60 min, Backzeit: 60 min

Heute gibt es ein leckeres Dinkel-Bierbrot aus dem Omnia Backofen. Dieses Gericht ist in wenigen Schritten zubereitet und knuspriger Genuss. Wir wünschen viel Spaß beim Nachbacken.

Die Zutaten

  • 400 g Dinkelmehl
  • 1 EL Trockenhefe
  • 1 EL Salz
  • 500 ml (dunkles) Bier
  • Sonnenblumenkerne

Die Zubereitung

Schritt 1
Mehl, Trockenhefe, Salz und Öl in eine Schüssel geben.

Schritt 2
300 ml Bier zum Mehlgemisch geben und alles zu einem Teig kneten.

Schritt 3
Den Teig in der Schüssel mit einem Tuch bedecken und 60 Minuten ruhen lassen.

Schritt 4
Den Teig anschließend ausrollen ...

Schritt 5
... und in den Omnia Ofen legen.

Schritt 6
Das restliche Bier auf dem Teig verteilen.

Schritt 7
Nun noch das Brot mit Sonnenblumenkernen bedecken.

Schritt 8
Das Brot 10 Minuten auf größter und 50 Minuten auf kleinster Hitze backen. Das Brot nach 10 Minuten Ruhezeit stürzen.
