Berger Novara XL: Versatile camping chair
Our Berger Novara XL folding chairs were used on almost every surface – on grass, gravel, asphalt, and even on the beach in the sand.

Berger Novara XL folding chair: A true comfort chair
Right after unpacking the Berger Novara XL folding chairs, we were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The chairs immediately appear very stable and solidly built. The ergonomically shaped backrests and armrests stand out at first glance.
Visually, we really like the Berger Novara XL folding chairs. Everything looks solid and well-made. The fabric cover and integrated padding give a high-quality impression. The ribbed foot caps also provide a secure grip in any position. Overall, the chairs feel robust and premium in workmanship.
Berger Novara XL camping chair offers excellent comfort and easy-care surface
The padding in the seat and back area ensures a high level of comfort, and the 7-position adjustable backrest allows you to quickly find your ideal seating position. The leg rests complete the experience perfectly, making it comfortable even to lie down for extended periods.
The seat cover of the Berger Novara XL folding chairs is not only elegant but also very easy to clean. Even after exposure to rain, the chairs dried quickly. The material is generally resistant to stains. The padding in the back and seat area is very comfortable without being too soft – you sit down and immediately feel at ease.
Setting up the Berger Novara XL folding chairs is extremely easy. Simply unfold the seat from the backrest and the chair is ready. Then release the lock by lifting the armrests and adjust them forward or backward to find your perfect seating position.
Berger Novara XL folding chair: Not lightweight, but very robust
At 7.4 kg per chair including leg rest, the Berger Novara XL is not lightweight, and the pack size is larger than that of many other camping chairs. This is a slight drawback. However, it results from the solid and highly comfortable construction and is therefore not a major issue for us. When folded, the chairs are very flat and easy to store.
The Berger Novara XL folding chair costs €119 (RRP), while the leg rest is available for €44.99. We consider the price-performance ratio to be very good. We purchased the chairs as a set of two for €238 (without leg rests) and are very satisfied with the quality. For a fair price, you get a durable, well-built camping chair that offers excellent comfort – and with the optional leg rests, even the option to lie down.

Our overall impression of the Berger Novara XL folding chairs is very positive. For a more than reasonable price, you get a well-built and stable camping chair with excellent comfort. The option to add leg rests and use the chair as a lounger completes the package. We also really like the integrated padding and the easy-care surface. Last but not least, the chair looks great. We would definitely buy it again and can highly recommend it.
