Cobb Grillde+ - more robust griddle with deeper grooves
The Cobb Griddle Plus is made of extra thick-walled aluminum and has even, deeper grooves. Together with the better air circulation that the new Cobb Griddle Plus ensures, the heat is distributed even more evenly on the griddle and preparation at higher temperatures becomes possible. The individual grooves also serve to collect and drain fat so that it does not get into the flame and cause undesirable smoke development during grilling, frying or cooking.
Safe to use and easy to clean
With the Cobb Griddle+, it is possible for the first time to place the Cobb griddle (CO32) directly on the griddle. This was previously not possible with the basic version of the griddle. In addition to this practical advantage, the Cobb Griddle Plus, as an accessory of the griddle, is as handy and safe to use as usual. Simply remove the griddle from the Cobbgrill immediately after grilling and clean the griddle plate with soapy water after it has cooled down. This keeps the Cobb Griddle Plus always in a high quality and hygienic condition to be used directly again at the next barbecue.
