Caravan

Caravan is an alternative name for the mobile home. In contrast to the mobile home the caravan does not have its own drive. It needs a towing vehicle. There, the caravan is attached to the trailer coupling by means of a drawbar hitch. 

Anyone who wants to travel with a caravan must know the maximum towing load and towing capacity of their car or bus. The caravan must not exceed these values. In addition, the caravan must have the appropriate TÜV approval.
