Taped Seams

If tent seams are tape-sealed, water resistance is increased. Tape-sealed means that a tape is glued or stitched over the seam on the inside of the tent wall. This prevents moisture from penetrating through the tent seam. 

In addition, tent seams can be sealed with seam sealant.
