Winter Sleeping Bag

A winter sleeping bag is a heavily lined sleeping bag designed for winter camping. Winter sleeping bags should have a comfort temperature of at least -5 degrees and be filled with down or a down/wool mixture for optimal warmth. At best, winter sleeping bags have a drawstring hood, a warmth collar and a very tightly cut foot section. A 2-way zip fastener protected by an additional cover flap is very practical for winter sleeping bags.
