Gasprüfung
The gas test is mandatory for motorhomes every two years and is officially: Test certificate Technical regulations "Liquid gas systems in vehicles" in accordance with DVGW worksheet G 607. If changes are made to the gas system in the motorhome within the two years, the system must then be tested. The regular gas test is intended to ensure the safety of the gas system. In addition, many campsites require a valid gas sticker - regardless of whether gas testing is mandatory or not. Campers without a sticker therefore run the risk of being turned away at the entrance with their motorhome.
