Ladebooster
A charging booster, also known as a charging converter, is a charging device. It ensures that the camper's body battery is also charged by the camper's alternator while driving. The alternator therefore charges two batteries: The vehicle battery (responsible for the starter motor, headlights and windshield wipers, among other things) and the body battery (for all consumers in the living area). The alternator only regulates down when both batteries are full. Depending on the version, the charging booster can also be used as a power supply for devices with 12 V or 24 V.
