Semi-dinette
A semi-dinette has only one bench seat facing in the direction of travel. Additional seats are obtained by turning the front seats. The driver's cab and living area thus merge. This combination saves space and weight and is very common in panel vans.
In a vehicle with a semi-dinette, however, you should make sure that the driver's cabin is sufficiently insulated. With the seats turned, you can no longer separate the driver's cabin from the rest of the vehicle and have to heat it. A lot of cold can then get inside through non-insulated windows. A pane insulation can help here.
