Mandatory for vehicles over 3.5 t in France since 01.01.2021!
Whether truck, panel van or motorhome - all vehicles over this weight limit must display the blind spot sticker in three prescribed places. The law makes no distinction between domestic and foreign vehicles, as the focus is on protecting cyclists and pedestrians in the blind spot. Motorhome drivers should use the sticker in the version for buses.
Application:
- Vehicle front: vertically at a height of between 0.9 and 1.5 meters, horizontally within the first meter from the front of the vehicle
- Rear of vehicle: vertically at a height of between 0.9 and 1.5 meters, horizontally on the right-hand side of the vehicle
