Thank you very much for your candid feedback on our foldable washbasin.
We’re glad you’re satisfied with the basin itself. Especially when camping, its foldable design, compact pack size, and built-in water outlet make it a practical and space-saving solution.
However, the fact that the product label attached to the bottom of the basin is very difficult to remove and leaves behind adhesive residue is, of course, not how it should be. We fully understand that this is frustrating with a new product.
To remove any remaining adhesive residue as gently as possible, you can first soak the affected area with warm water and a little dish soap, then carefully remove the residue with a soft cloth or your fingers. You should avoid using sharp objects or harsh solvents to prevent damaging the bowl’s surface.
Since this is one of our Berger products, we’d be happy to take your feedback regarding the attachment and removability of the product label into account for future product development.
If, however, the adhesive residue cannot be removed without leaving any traces and you therefore do not wish to keep the bowl, you can of course return it to us free of charge using your return documentation.

Es freut uns, dass Du mit der Schüssel an sich zufrieden bist. Gerade beim Camping ist sie durch ihre faltbare Konstruktion, das geringe Packmaß und den integrierten Wasserauslass eine praktische und platzsparende Lösung.
Dass sich das am Schüsselboden angebrachte Produktblatt jedoch nur mit sehr viel Mühe entfernen lässt und dabei Klebereste zurückbleiben, sollte so natürlich nicht sein. Wir können gut nachvollziehen, dass das bei einem neuen Produkt ärgerlich ist.
Um verbliebene Klebereste möglichst schonend zu lösen, kannst Du die betroffene Stelle zunächst mit warmem Wasser und etwas Spülmittel einweichen und die Rückstände anschließend vorsichtig mit einem weichen Tuch oder den Fingern entfernen. Auf scharfe Gegenstände oder aggressive Lösungsmittel solltest Du dabei verzichten, um die Oberfläche der Schüssel nicht zu beschädigen.
Da es sich um eines unserer Berger-Produkte handelt, nehmen wir Deinen Hinweis zur Anbringung und Ablösbarkeit des Produktblatts gerne für die weitere Produktentwicklung mit auf.
Sollten sich die Klebereste dennoch nicht rückstandsfrei entfernen lassen und Du die Schüssel deshalb nicht behalten möchtest, kannst Du sie selbstverständlich mit Deinen Rücksendeunterlagen kostenfrei an uns zurücksenden.
