Thank you very much for sharing your experience with our Berger 300D bike cover with us.
It’s a shame that the cover doesn’t provide enough space for your two bikes and that you therefore can’t use it as intended.
Our bike cover is designed to hold up to two bikes and is intended to protect them from external factors such as dirt and the elements during transport. With dimensions of 150 × 74 × 120 cm, it offers space for various types of bikes. However, the specific dimensions of the bikes—particularly the handlebar width and frame geometry—also play an important role.
Of course, for bicycles of suitable sizes, the protective cover should provide enough space for two bicycles and be able to be pulled completely over them and secured firmly. We deeply regret that this was not possible for you.
Since this is one of our Berger products, we’re happy to take your feedback on size and fit into account as an important consideration for future product development.
We regret that the protective cover did not meet your expectations, and we thank you for your honest feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
