Now even better - our new Sombra Air Pro combines a sun canopy with awning character
The Sombra Air Pro sun canopy makes setting up child's play! By inflating the air tube with the supplied hand pump, the sun canopy is up in just a few minutes. It offers a large, shaded area for relaxing and includes two side panels for more privacy and protection from the sun or crosswinds. The side sections can be easily rolled away on both sides to save space.

It goes without saying that a seam coming loose on the very first use—resulting in damage to the sun canopy—should never happen. This in no way meets our standards for the quality and workmanship of our products.
Reliable seam construction is particularly important for an inflatable awning, as the seams are subjected to significant stress during setup and use. The Sombra Air Pro is designed to create a sheltered and spacious living area in front of the RV while camping. Naturally, the material must also be able to withstand the intended stresses.
We can therefore fully understand how disappointing it is when a new sun canopy exhibits such a defect on its very first use.

Dass sich bereits beim ersten Einsatz eine Naht gelöst hat und das Sonnenvordach dadurch beschädigt wurde, darf selbstverständlich auf keinen Fall passieren. Das entspricht keineswegs unseren Anforderungen an die Qualität und Verarbeitung unserer Produkte.
Gerade bei einem aufblasbaren Sonnenvordach ist eine zuverlässige Verarbeitung der Nähte besonders wichtig, da diese beim Aufbau und während der Nutzung entsprechend beansprucht werden. Das Sombra Air Pro ist dafür konzipiert, beim Camping einen geschützten und großzügigen Aufenthaltsbereich vor dem Wohnwagen zu schaffen. Dabei muss das Material natürlich auch den vorgesehenen Belastungen standhalten.
Wir können daher gut nachvollziehen, wie enttäuschend es ist, wenn ein neues Sonnenvordach bereits bei der ersten Verwendung einen solchen Mangel aufweist.
Wir freuen uns, dass wir Dein Anliegen zwischenzeitlich gemeinsam mit Dir klären und eine entsprechende Lösung finden konnten.
