Als ich den Kocher aus dem Koffer genommen habe, rieselten schwarze Stücke von Sandkorngröße bis einige Millimeter Größe heraus. Die Klappe zum Einlegen der Gaskartusche ließ sich gar nicht öffnen, da der schmale Spalt auf der Scharnierseite voll mit abgeplatzter schwarzer Beschichtung war. Beim Topfaufsatz, der sich gegenüber anderen bauähnlichen Modellen nicht entnehmen lässt, ist an Ecken großflächig die Beschichtung abgeplatzt und das nackte Alu (?) kommt zum Vorschein. Das tut der Funktionalität keinen Abbruch aber ist optisch sehr sehr unschön! Kein Aushängeschild für BERGER. Da der Kocher ohnehin nur für Notfälle und mal in Ausnahmefällen als zusätzliche Kochstelle vorgesehen ist, tausche ich auch angesichts des Preises nicht um und lebe zähneknirschend mit diesem Mangel.
