Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the Bo-Camp Elegance Compact cookware set with us.
It’s a shame that the quality of the materials and the durability of the pots didn’t meet your expectations. Especially with a cookware set intended for regular use while camping, it’s important that the surfaces remain in perfect condition for as long as possible.
The Elegance Compact is made of stainless steel and is designed to save space in the camp kitchen. Stainless steel is generally characterized by good corrosion resistance. However, under certain conditions—such as prolonged contact with moisture, salt, or unsuitable cleaning agents—signs of corrosion can also appear on stainless steel surfaces.
We are very sorry to hear that you have noticed rust or signs of corrosion inside your pots. A flawless surface is especially important on the areas that come into direct contact with food.
To ensure the longest possible service life, we recommend thoroughly drying the pots after cleaning and stacking or storing them only once they are completely dry. This prevents moisture from accumulating between the individual pieces.
We regret that the cookware set did not meet your expectations in terms of quality and value for money, and we thank you for your honest feedback.

Dein Fritz Berger Team
