Whether it's a spontaneous visit, a cozy camping evening or a practical sleeping solution for small rooms - the airbed sofa is made for just that. During the day it serves as a comfortable sofa, in the evening it becomes a double bed in just a few simple steps. Simply inflate, relax and feel good. The pleasantly soft surface ensures a good sitting and lying sensation and also feels very comfortable against the skin. Inside, several stable air chambers ensure even support and a pleasant sitting and lying sensation. We recommend placing the air bed sofa on a carpet or similar surface and not directly on a smooth floor to avoid soiling the flocking.
With a weight of only approx. 5 kg, the sofa is easy to transport and can be used flexibly. After use, it can be folded up to save space.

We’re very glad to hear that you found the air mattress comfortable. Of course, it’s all the more frustrating when it can no longer be used as intended after just two uses.
When used properly, an inflatable air mattress should, of course, last longer than just a few uses. However, based on your review alone, it’s not possible to reliably determine the cause of the hole you described or whether, for example, there is damage to the material or a seam.
Therefore, you shouldn’t just throw the air bed away. We’ve already contacted you personally because we’d like to take a closer look at the damage and determine what solution is possible in your case.
It’s a shame that your initially positive experience with the high level of comfort was marred by this. We very much hope that together we can find a suitable solution.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Du das Luftbett als bequem empfunden hast. Umso ärgerlicher ist es natürlich, wenn es bereits nach zweimaliger Nutzung nicht mehr wie vorgesehen verwendet werden kann.
Ein aufblasbares Luftbett sollte bei sachgemäßer Verwendung selbstverständlich länger als nur wenige Einsätze halten. Woher das von Dir beschriebene Loch stammt und ob beispielsweise eine Beschädigung am Material oder an einer Verbindung vorliegt, lässt sich anhand der Bewertung allein allerdings nicht zuverlässig beurteilen.
Wegwerfen solltest Du das Luftbett deshalb nicht einfach. Wir haben Dich bereits persönlich kontaktiert, da wir uns den Schaden gerne genauer ansehen und prüfen möchten, welche Lösung in Deinem Fall möglich ist.
Schade, dass Deine zunächst so positive Erfahrung mit dem hohen Liegekomfort dadurch getrübt wurde. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir gemeinsam eine passende Lösung finden können.
