Replacement delivery was only possible against advance payment and return, replacement delivery was not offered (The roof is removable). We refused a new order because the product could not be checked for errors before shipping and we need the couch for the upcoming camping vacation. Also, another misprint would have been possible then. Small discount was then granted. The lounger is ideal for 45 kg dogs." "Sehr gute Verarbeitung, ideal für schwere Hunde. Leider hatte das Dach einen Fehldruck. Ersatzlieferung war nur gegen Vorkasse und Rücksendung möglich, Ersatzteillieferung wurde nicht angeboten (Das Dach ist abnehmbar). Eine Neubestellung haben wir abgelehnt da das Produkt vor Versand nicht auf Fehler kontrolliert werden konnte und wir die Liege für den anstehenden Campingurlaub brauchen. Auch wäre dann ein weiterer Fehldruck möglich gewesen. Kleiner Rabatt wurde dann gewährt. Die Liege ist ideal für 45 kg-Hunde."
