This robust cast iron plate was specially developed for the Urban II and Explorer II barbecue series. Made from solid enameled cast iron, it ensures optimum heat storage and distribution. The plate is perfect for preparing small grilled food such as seafood, vegetables or burgers that could easily fall through the grate. A high edge makes it easy to turn and it can be used flexibly on the left or right side of the grilling surface.

The Enders cast iron griddle for the Urban II / Explorer II grill is intentionally made of solid cast iron, as this material ensures particularly even heat distribution and excellent grilling results. At the same time, however, this also means it’s heavier, which—especially in a motorhome—is naturally an important consideration.

Die Enders Gussplatte für Grill Urban II / Explorer II ist bewusst aus massivem Guss gefertigt, da dieses Material für eine besonders gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung und sehr gute Grillergebnisse sorgt. Gleichzeitig bringt das jedoch auch ein höheres Gewicht mit sich, was – gerade im Wohnmobil – natürlich ein wichtiger Punkt ist.
