Perfectly aligned with motorhome lift supports
Horizontal alignment of the vehicle is easy and comfortable with the hydraulic lift support system QuickLift Hydraulik from Linnepe. The system consists of four lifting supports, a central hydraulic unit, hydraulic lines and an electronic control unit. With a tap of the finger on the control panel in the vehicle, or via remote control app on the smartphone, the system automatically extends the four supports. The lifting force of the four supports allows the motorhome to be aligned horizontally in the longitudinal and transverse axes in a short time. This can be done manually or, of course, fully automatically using the tilt sensor integrated in the control system. Depending on the version, the hydraulics can move up to 4,200 kg per support. This is sufficient to bring an 8-ton motor home into a horizontal position.

As with the electric lift support, this system also aligns the motor home in a way that is gentle on the body. First, all supports are extended until they make contact with the ground. Then only pairs of supports are moved at a time until the vehicle has reached the final position. The supports do not swing out, they only move vertically. There are no contacts or other electronic components outside that would be at risk from water or corrosion. A highlight of the Linnepe QuickLift hydraulic lift support system is the electronic control system. A sensor registers every movement of the vehicle during the leveling process. This allows for a minimum leveling height. The motorhome is perfectly level within a very short time with the help of the hydraulic lift supports.

Motorhome lift supports with built-in safety
For your safety, the hydraulic jack stands can generally only be operated when the ignition is switched off. If the ignition is switched on, an alarm sounds and the stabilizers are immediately and automatically retracted. Just in case, for example, if the on-board electrical system fails, the system has a hand pump that allows the lift supports to be retracted. The hand pump is fitted as standard to each pump unit.

Smart controlled
The hydraulic lift support system is controlled via a modern control panel that is permanently installed in the vehicle or conveniently via an app on a smartphone. At the touch of a finger, the intelligent electronics automatically place the vehicle in the horizontal position. Alternatively, the hydraulic cylinders can be moved manually to make it easier to load a load carrier, for example.

In our workshop, we adapt the hydraulic lift supports precisely to your vehicle using vehicle-specific adapters. The system consists of four lifting supports, central hydraulic unit, hydraulic lines and an electronic control system. An interesting point is that there are no contacts or other electronic components on the outside that could be endangered by water or corrosion.
