The patented rust protection primer NIGRIN Long-Term Rust Protection offers optimum long-term protection against corrosion. It is suitable as a safe after-treatment of NIGRIN Rust Remover and can also be used directly without pre-treatment with chemical rust converters in the case of slight rust damage. NIGRIN Long-Term Rust Protector has excellent filling power and is free of lead as well as chromate. In addition, it makes your repair work easier: it dries particularly quickly and can also be painted over directly if necessary. The color tone is gray, so you can easily and safely see where NIGRIN Long-Term Rust Protection has already been applied.

Application of NIGRIN Long-term Rust Protection

• Remove light, loose rust, oil, grease and dirt - or pre-treat with NIGRIN Rust Remover.
• Open cap of NIGRIN Long-term Rust Protection with screwdriver.
• Shake well before use (at least 2 min.).
• Spray on in thin layers - in 2-3 working steps.
• After use, spray valve empty overhead (to ensure reusability).
• Allow to dry - sandable after approx. 30 minutes (at room temperature 20°C), recoatable after approx. 12 hours (2-component automotive paints: 48 hours)
