With the Petromax hand mortar made of cast iron, you can effortlessly grind spices, nuts and seeds directly at the fire. Due to the high weight of the cast iron mortar and pestle, a slight turning movement is enough to individually determine the degree of grinding from coarse to fine. The corrugations in the lower part and on the pestle support you in this and enable all degrees of grinding - from coarse pepper with an intense texture to fine spice powder with a strong aroma.
You can store your individually blended spices in the upper part with a silicone sealing ring to keep them aroma-proof. The wooden lid with dragon logo in Petromax design gives the mortar a striking look. The robust material ensures a pleasant feel, durability and makes your work easier thanks to its weight. To clean the mortar, simply rinse it with water and allow it to dry thoroughly. If necessary, you can use a ring cleaner to remove any residue.
