First of all, we’re pleased that you generally find the Rolltank practical for occasional use and still consider the overall value for money to be reasonable. We’re all the more sorry, then, that the build quality and handling didn’t fully meet your expectations in several areas.
Our 25-liter Rolltank is designed for mobile use while camping and can be used for both fresh water and wastewater. The integrated wheels and carrying handle are intended to make transporting the water as easy as possible without having to carry the filled tank.
With a product like this, it’s especially important that the wheel axle stays securely in its guide and that the carrying handle can be handled safely. It goes without saying that the axle shouldn’t come loose from its mount while you’re using it.
We take your comment regarding the plastic shavings around the filling openings very seriously. For a container intended for storing fresh water, the openings must be cleanly finished and free of any loose material residues that could end up in the water.
Since this is one of our Berger products, we’re happy to take your feedback regarding the finish of the openings, the attachment of the wheel axle, and the handling of the transport bracket into account as important points for further product development.
Should the described defects persist, you may, of course, return the Rolltank to us free of charge using the return documents provided. Please include a brief description of the problems encountered with your return so that we can review your complaint accordingly.

Es freut uns zunächst, dass Du den Rolltank für die gelegentliche Nutzung grundsätzlich als praktisch empfindest und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt noch als angemessen bewertest. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass Dich die Verarbeitung und Handhabung in mehreren Punkten nicht vollständig überzeugen konnten.
Unser 25-Liter-Rolltank ist für den mobilen Einsatz beim Camping konzipiert und kann sowohl für Frisch- als auch für Abwasser verwendet werden. Durch die integrierten Räder und den Transportbügel soll sich das Wasser möglichst unkompliziert transportieren lassen, ohne den gefüllten Tank tragen zu müssen.
Gerade bei einem solchen Produkt ist es wichtig, dass die Radachse zuverlässig in ihrer Führung bleibt und sich der Transportbügel sicher handhaben lässt. Dass sich die Achse bei Dir während der Nutzung aus der Halterung löst, sollte selbstverständlich nicht passieren.
Besonders ernst nehmen wir Deinen Hinweis zu den Kunststoffspänen an den Befüllöffnungen. Bei einem Behälter, der auch für die Aufbewahrung von Frischwasser vorgesehen ist, müssen die Öffnungen sauber verarbeitet sein und dürfen keine losen Materialrückstände aufweisen, die ins Wasser gelangen können.
Da es sich um eines unserer Berger-Produkte handelt, nehmen wir Deine Hinweise zur Verarbeitung der Öffnungen, zur Befestigung der Radachse und zur Handhabung des Transportbügels gerne als wichtige Punkte für die weitere Produktentwicklung mit auf.
