As a compact version of the CampLodge series, this roof tent is ideal for anyone who wants to travel while saving space. Thanks to its more manageable size and smaller pack size, it’s particularly well-suited for use on smaller vehicles, yet still offers the comfort you’d expect from a full-fledged folding rooftop tent.
The breathable polyester fabric promotes a comfortable sleeping environment, while the built-in windows on each side bring more openness and light into the tent. The comfortable sleeping pad ensures restful nights, and the integrated LED interior lighting keeps things cozy even after sunset. The two shoe pockets are especially practical, allowing you to neatly store wet or dirty shoes outside the sleeping area.
While driving, the sturdy cover reliably protects the rooftop tent from moisture and dirt. The adjustable aluminum telescoping ladder allows you to get in and out safely and also helps with quick setup at your campsite.
What’s the difference between this and the Berger CampLodge 160?
The CampLodge 120 is the more compact and lightweight version of the CampLodge 160. Visually and in terms of features, the two models are identical. The main difference lies in the size: The CampLodge 120 is ideal for up to two people and is especially practical if you want to travel with a smaller footprint and a more compact pack size.
What’s the difference between this and the Berger SkyLodge?
Compared to the SkyLodge 160, the CampLodge 160 has a deliberately simpler design. The front door is not designed as a fold-out awning, and it does not feature the large skylights found on the SkyLodge. Instead, the CampLodge offers a functional, spacious, and straightforward solution for anyone looking for a comfortable fold-out roof tent with solid features.
