Setrenlo inline toilet ventilation - powerful odor removal for urine-diverting toilets
The Setrenlo inline toilet ventilation system uses a quiet, powerful fan and vegan activated charcoal to effectively remove odors from all standard urine-diverting toilets. The air is extracted directly from the toilet and passed through an activated charcoal container, which reliably neutralizes unpleasant odours. The activated charcoal is vegan, low-dust, comes from renewable raw materials and only needs to be replaced once a year. One filling for three years is included in the scope of delivery. The biodegradable housing is packed plastic-free in grass cardboard. The vent is available with 12 V or 24 V fans in standard or turbo versions and is installed in a 38 mm vent pipe.
Installation
The vent is suitable for all commercially available urine-diverting toilets. The ventilation pipe should have an internal diameter of 38 mm and be as short as possible (max. 50 cm). The toilet air vent is installed so that the outlet points downwards or horizontally - never upwards. It is best to position the hose where the odors arise. The connection to the outside should be protected with the Setrenlo universal cover. Installation should only be carried out in dry indoor areas.
Power supply
The toilet air vent is available in 12 V and 24 V versions. The connection is made via two wires (red = plus, black = minus). A 1 A fuse should be installed between the positive terminal and the vent. Optionally, a switch can be installed between the fuse and the device. Ideally, the air vent should be operated continuously. Caution: The fan may be damaged if the polarity is reversed.
