Product description
Is mounted on the two longitudinal beams of the chassis, folds down. No further TÜV approval necessary. Recommended by ADAC and DCC for better handling. Made of galvanized steel tube, suitable for almost all spare tyres. Simple operation by telescopic arms
Suitable for AL-KO chassis from 1985 onwards, with corresponding standard mounting holes.
Type 5 for wide tyres from 15" 205er.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with how the spare tire mount works. The spare tire mount was specifically designed for installation on the chassis to store the spare tire safely and in a space-saving manner under the vehicle. However, depending on the vehicle model, frame design, and available space, installation can vary in complexity.
Removing the spare tire may also require a bit more effort due to the space-saving underfloor installation. Your comment regarding ease of installation and access to the spare tire is therefore understandable and will be gladly forwarded to the appropriate department.

Schade, dass du mit der Handhabung des Ersatzradhalters nicht vollständig zufrieden bist. Der Ersatzradhalter wurde speziell für die Montage am Fahrgestell entwickelt, um das Ersatzrad platzsparend und sicher unter dem Fahrzeug zu verstauen. Je nach Fahrzeugmodell, Rahmenausführung und verfügbarem Platz kann die Montage jedoch unterschiedlich aufwendig ausfallen.
Auch die Entnahme des Ersatzrades kann durch die platzsparende Unterflurmontage etwas mehr Aufwand erfordern. Dein Hinweis zur Montagefreundlichkeit und zum Zugang zum Ersatzrad ist daher nachvollziehbar und wird gerne an die zuständige Stelle weitergegeben.
