Product description
Is mounted on the two longitudinal beams of the chassis, folds down. No further TÜV approval necessary. Recommended by ADAC and DCC for better handling. Made of galvanized steel tube, suitable for almost all spare tyres. Simple operation by telescopic arms
Suitable for AL-KO chassis from 1985 onwards, with corresponding standard mounting holes.
Type 5 for wide tyres from 15" 205er.

It’s a shame that, in particular, the fit and the installation process didn’t meet your expectations. With a spare tire mount in particular, it’s important that the individual components can be installed as easily as possible and that the included instructions clearly guide you through the necessary steps.
The spare tire mount is designed to store the spare tire on the vehicle in a space-saving manner. Of course, a prerequisite for secure mounting is that the mount fits the specific vehicle design and is installed according to the assembly instructions.
We fully understand that a complicated installation process and difficult-to-understand instructions can be disappointing, especially for a product in this price range.
It’s all the more gratifying, then, that the spare tire mount could ultimately be installed properly and that you find it useful in practice.

Schade, dass insbesondere die Passgenauigkeit und der Aufbau nicht Deinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Gerade bei einem Ersatzradhalter ist es wichtig, dass sich die einzelnen Komponenten möglichst unkompliziert montieren lassen und die mitgelieferte Anleitung dabei verständlich durch die notwendigen Arbeitsschritte führt.
Der Ersatzradhalter ist dafür vorgesehen, das Reserverad platzsparend am Fahrzeug unterzubringen. Voraussetzung für eine sichere Befestigung ist dabei selbstverständlich, dass der Halter zur jeweiligen Fahrzeugkonstruktion passt und entsprechend den Montagevorgaben befestigt wird.
Wir können gut nachvollziehen, dass ein aufwendiger Aufbau und eine schwer verständliche Anleitung gerade bei einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse enttäuschend sind.
Umso erfreulicher ist es, dass sich der Ersatzradhalter letztendlich passend montieren ließ und Du ihn in der praktischen Nutzung als sinnvoll empfindest.
