TAMBU Tara 2 - Lightweight 2-person tunnel tent made from recycled material
The Tara 2 from Tambu is your compact, lightweight tent for trips for two - ideal for trekking, bikepacking or motorcycle tours. It is stable, can be pitched quickly and impresses with clever details: optional tarp canopy at the front entrance, ventilated side entrance with groundsheet and fully rollable flysheet. The breathable inner tent creates a pleasant climate and offers additional storage space thanks to the distinctive shape in the head area. Weighing just 2.55 kg, it is perfect for longer tours and weatherproof adventures.

To determine the millimetre value, 10 cm of fabric is stretched under a measuring cylinder and the cylinder is filled with water from above. The limit value at which water droplets press through the material is the maximum water column. In Germany, a tent outer material is considered waterproof from 1500 mm.
