Product description
The one-piece Lux external insulation mat is the ideal thermal insulation for winter vacations and also provides effective protection from the sun's rays in summer. In winter, the external insulation increases the surface temperature on the inside of the windows and thus significantly reduces the risk of condensation forming inside the vehicle. In summer, when the window mat is closed, the sun's rays do not even penetrate the window glass and the interior cannot heat up so easily. In fine, sunny winter weather, the front flap can be opened and the sun's rays can continue to warm up the interior, saving the camper heating energy.
Material
The outer surfaces of the material are made of weatherproof and strong PE fabric. The lightweight, approx. 20 mm thick polyester inner insulation does not retain moisture. The material is winterproof and can be rolled up or folded even in very cold weather.
Fastening
It is easy to attach to the vehicle: there is an inner pocket in the driver's door area which is hooked over the edge of the door.
On integrated vehicles, the insulating mat is attached on the driver's side with the inner pocket and on the passenger's side optionally with the enclosed LOXX press studs. A textile piping is attached along the top edge, a second one with a wide Velcro fastener is supplied loose.
