Vanue Rust Converter is the optimal all-rounder for the camper's interior. Our acrylic-based rust converter is an effective and easy-to-use rust remediation system that creates a resistant protective layer while forming a primer. The rust converter is ideal for treating vehicle bodies and can also be used to seal cut edges due to its included primer. The product can be used outdoors and indoors due to its environmental compatibility.

DESCRIPTION
VANUE Rust Converter is an acrylic-based rust remediation system. The cream-orange liquid forms an organometallic iron complex with the rust layer. The clear to black, very compact and resistant coating that forms ensures long-term corrosion protection and, thanks to the acrylic components, is also a resistant protective layer.
VANUE Rust Converter has been specially developed for the restoration of vehicle bodies and is also suitable for the restoration of machinery and equipment. Thanks to its high reactivity, excellent creep properties and a high film-forming affinity, good effectiveness is guaranteed.
PROCESSING
1. Remove rust from your object (flash rust and under-rusted paint residues) with sandpaper or angle grinder with grinding wheel.
2. Cleaning the surface and degreasing with silicone remover or solvent-based cleaner (VANUE Clean).
3. Remove residual contamination (wire brush, paint brush).
4. Apply VANUE Rust Converter with a brush or roller. The rust does not have to be completely removed, because even after thorough sanding it remains in pores.
5. Apply at least 3 coats. Drying time between coats is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on temperature.
