Free take-back of old appliances

Note according to the ElektroG: You are legally obliged to return old electrical appliances. Old electrical appliances may not be disposed of in household waste, but must be collected separately. For this purpose, electrical appliances are marked with the crossed-out dustbin.

The materials contained in old electrical appliances can be reused. Please separate batteries, accumulators and lamps that are not enclosed in the old electrical equipment before handing them in. We are legally obliged to take back old electrical equipment free of charge. You can return your old electrical appliance to us free of charge if you purchase a comparable new electrical appliance. After we have delivered the new electrical appliance, we will contact you and arrange a date when we can collect the old appliance free of charge. This free collection is limited to old appliances in the categories of heat exchangers, monitors, monitors containing screens with a surface area of more than 100 square centimetres and large appliances. Irrespective of the purchase of a new electrical appliance, you can return an old appliance that does not exceed 25 cm in any dimension to us free of charge. If you wish to return an old electrical appliance to us, please request a shipping label via our contact form. Please note that you are responsible for deleting personal data on the equipment to be disposed of.
