How can I redeem a Berger gift voucher online?
You can easily redeem your gift voucher by entering the voucher code during the ordering process.
After entering the voucher code, make sure to click the blue arrow so the code can be verified and processed correctly.
Where can I buy a Berger gift voucher?
You can buy a Berger Camping gift voucher here, or by entering "gift voucher" in the search bar. You can choose amounts between €10 and €300.
You can also buy our gift vouchers in our stores in Germany.
How long is my Berger gift voucher valid for?
A gift voucher is usually valid for 3 years.
The 3-year period starts on 31 December of the year in which the voucher was purchased. For example, if you buy a gift voucher on 01/06/2026, it would be valid until 31/12/2029.
What can I do if I cannot redeem my Berger gift voucher?
First, make sure that the order value is at least equal to the value of the gift voucher.
If you still cannot redeem it, you can contact us at any time using this contact form: we will help you as soon as possible.
Where can I redeem my Berger gift voucher?
You can redeem our gift vouchers both on our website and in any of our stores in Germany.
How will my refund be processed if I return items paid for with a Berger gift voucher?
If the order was paid for with a gift voucher, the refund will be processed as follows:
If only part of the order value was paid using the voucher balance, the corresponding amount will be refunded via the payment method originally selected.
The part paid with the gift voucher will be issued as a new voucher and sent to you by e-mail.
If the full order value was paid with a gift voucher, you will also receive a new voucher for the corresponding amount.

Can I return my Berger gift voucher?
No, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Can I combine the remaining balance of my Berger gift voucher with another payment method?
Yes, you can easily combine gift vouchers with another payment method to complete your order.
Can I redeem only part of my Berger gift voucher?
A gift voucher can only be redeemed if the order value is at least equal to the value of the voucher.
Unfortunately, partial use of the gift voucher balance is not technically possible at this time.
