Shipping and delivery
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the individual item.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. With the tracking number included in the e-mail, you can track your parcel at any time. In some cases, the order may be shipped in several parcels or directly from one of our stores in Germany: in these cases, unfortunately, we cannot always provide a tracking number.
How much are the shipping costs for an order?
Here are our shipping costs in detail:
- Standard shipping within Germany from an order value of €50: free of charge
- Order value under €50: €2.95 per order
- Order value under €30: €4.95 per order
- Bulky goods: additional freight surcharge of €14.90 per shipment. Bulky items are marked accordingly in our online shop.

What shipping options do we offer?
We usually ship standard parcels with DPD or DHL.
Larger items classified as bulky goods are delivered by a freight forwarding company. These items are marked accordingly in our online shop.
The carrier is selected automatically depending on the item and the order. It is currently not possible to choose the carrier yourself.
Can I also collect my order from a Berger store?
Of course, you can use the Click & Collect option and collect your order from a participating Berger store in Germany.
What happens if I was not at home at the time of delivery and the parcel could not be delivered?
If you are not at home at the time of parcel delivery, the shipping service provider will leave a notification. You can then collect your parcel from the DHL branch or DPD shop indicated within the following 7 calendar days.
