How can I have goods delivered to a store of my choice for collection?
If you would like to collect your order from one of our specialist stores, simply select the "Click & Collect" option during the ordering process.
You can then conveniently select your preferred store for collection.
Where can I find my nearest store?
You can easily find your nearest store using our store finder, including opening hours and other information.
Where can I find the opening hours of the stores?
You can find the opening hours of your store in the store finder. All information about each store is available there at a glance.
Can I check online whether an item is available in a store?
On the item page, you can see whether the item is available in a specialist store near you.
Which specialist stores offer a gas cylinder exchange?
You can easily exchange your empty propane gas cylinder for a full one at many Fritz Berger specialist stores. You only pay for the gas filling at the current daily price at your location. You can recognize this service in the specialist stores by the corresponding exchange symbol.
Simply enter your desired store in the store search and make sure that the symbol is displayed on the store page. You will also find the current gas prices there.
You can also buy a new unfilled gas cylinder or exchange your Campinggaz cylinder for a filled one. Please note that this service is not offered in all specialist stores.

How much does a gas cylinder exchange cost?
The prices depend on the cylinder size and the current gas price. You can always find the current daily prices on the relevant specialist store page.
