Warranty and claims
How long does it take to process a warranty claim?
The initial processing of your claim usually takes around 10 working days. If an item needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, we will inform you immediately.
Repairs can take up to 8 weeks. Short-term delays may also occur, especially during holiday periods. Thank you for your understanding.
How long is the warranty period valid for?
The statutory provisions apply. In Germany, the statutory warranty period is 2 years and begins from the date of delivery of the product in question. For more information about the warranty, please see our general terms and conditions.
An extended warranty may apply to selected items.
How can I start a warranty claim?
If the item is defective or damaged and you would like to submit a warranty claim, you can contact us at any time using this contact form.
Returns for warranty claims are processed using our return labels. Of course, return shipping is free of charge.
