Easy Returnswith DHL
Returns are quick and easy at one of over 13,500 DHL parcel stores near you.
To return an item ordered from us, please use the return slip and the corresponding return label. Both are attached to your invoice, usually on the 2nd and 3rd page. As a rule, you should have already received the documents by e-mail - so please check your e-mail inbox, including your spam folder.
Fill out the return slip and enclose it with the return shipment. Then stamp the well-sealed parcel with the return label and hand it in at a DHL parcel store of your choice. With this address label, you can return the parcel postage-free up to 20 kg to one of over 13,500 DHL parcel stores.
Be sure to keep the returns delivery bill until the return or complaint has been processed. You can find more information in our FAQ section under "Returns and warranty".
