Berger Camping Customer Service:

Hello Söhnke,

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the Dolomia 22 Plus cookware set with us.

First of all, we’re glad that you were satisfied with the pots themselves. We’re all the more sorry, then, that the long handle broke during its very first use.

Especially with cookware, a handle must provide a reliable and secure grip. It goes without saying that it shouldn’t break during its very first use. This can create a dangerous situation, especially with hot food or liquids. We’re therefore very glad that your wife didn’t get burned or otherwise injured.

Please stop using the damaged handle. We’d like to take a closer look at the defect and work with you to find a suitable solution. That’s why we’ve already contacted you via email and asked for the information needed for further investigation.

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention and also for your positive feedback on the pots themselves.

Your Fritz Berger Team

Dein Fritz Berger Team
