"The tent is super quick to set up, but since then it has been standing and we can't fold it up again. The explanatory video doesn't help either... when we press the upper corner against the vertically opposite corner, two arches stand up at the bottom – the explanatory video doesn't show where they need to be folded. We would like to return the tent because we can't figure it out.
